– Our products are proudly made in the USA and are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday.

– Some products may be shipped separately.

Expected Delivery Times:

– Standard apparel is usually dispatched within 3-5 business days.

– Embroidery, sublimation, and custom-made items may take around 5-10 business days.

DELIVERY TIMES:

– United States:

+ Standard (6 – 12 Business Days)

+ Expedited (4 – 8 Business Days)

– International:

+ Standard (14 – 20 Business Days)

+ Expedited (7 – 15 Business Days)

Order Tracking:

When available, a tracking number will be sent to you via email, allowing you to track your package online.

Shipping Multiple Orders:

Be aware that orders made on the same day cannot be combined into one shipment.

Shipping to Different Addresses:

Unfortunately, we cannot ship an order to multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Changing Shipping Address:

Once your order is processed, changes to the shipping address cannot be made after 4 hours. Please contact us at contact.nowateeca@gmail.com within this 4-hour window if you need to make any changes.

Customs Fees and Delivery Delays:

Some countries may apply import taxes, duties, and customs fees on incoming goods. These fees, if applicable, are set by your country’s Customs office, and it is your responsibility to handle them.
